The Hex are canon characters in a strange situation. After the events of the 1999 Saga, they have been wisked away to a different time, a different place, and a new life. This is their story, by and large, and will each find a moment to shine in the brave new world they find themselves in.

The Round Table are a group of ProtoFrames whose existence is technically unknown to the Hex. How they will arrive in the Sirius Timeline is as-yet undisclosed, but they're being included here as a promise that they are, in fact, still coming.

Flare Varleon

Chill, laid back, world rolls off their shoulders. Is actually a disaster holding it together with band-aids and crossed fingers. Really appreciates anyone who plays music.

Dad friend. Can grill anything. Will grill anything. That does not mean it is edible. Good for a fight, good for a party - you'll like him. Against your will, at times.

The Drifters are technically canon, technically not; they're being included here to try to keep this from getting longer than it is. The exact number of Drifters is largely unknown, but if Cait's assumption that every single Tenno created a Drifter, and every single Drifter spun off into their own universe by choice or by force, the number is likely unknowable. From Rell in the Harrow hotseat to Terolee whose fate is unknown - there's more than a few floating around out there.

Typical Drifter build - a bit underweight, a bit scrawny. Totally had a crush on Arthur. Definitely unstable. Definitely the type to cut-and-run when things get going too well. Was meant to be a main character but... that’s not quite what happened.

No decorations of any kind, be it piercing or tattoo. Big black cat energy. Doesn't complain aloud, definitely complains with his eyes. Can fix anything with enough time. When annoyed, definitely looks like a cat that had a bucket of water dumped on it. Perennially annoyed at nothing.

Body heavily scarred from a life hard-won, wears run-down, worn out clothes with little care for personal affects. Needs either 3 weeks of sleep, 12 shots of tequila, or the fuck of a lifetime.

At a Glance: Mid 20s. Germanic accent, though has a somewhat sympathetic accent as well. Pale, cool skin tone, north European though possibly with east Asian ancestry. Black hair with blue and purple streaks - style variable, either a short, messy bob barely longer than a pixie but grows it out to the small of her back. Warm, auburn red-brown eyes. Rounded face, broad nose, thin lips. Labret in middle of lower lip, two studs in left brow. Slender and slight build, fit but not built by any stretch; runner’s physique, slightly bottom-heavy.

Many tattoos; spiders, mycelium, thorns, roses motifs. Steely, shiny claws instead of nails, same colour as her eyes. Her veins glow yellow-green and can show through her skin in low-light. A few piercings - tongue, and others you won't see. Fit with curves; exudes an aura of confidence and danger. Attitude problems. When she's angry, it's in French.

At a Glance: Early 30s. Rich, red-brown skin tone, Arabic, Levantine or North African descent. Long, flowing brown hair, reaches the middle of her back comfortably; tends to keep it loose. Golden irises, flecked with steely silver. Silver freckles seem to be made of metal. High cheekbones, slender but large eyes, almost always made up in some way; she exists with smoky eyes. Maybe it’s sleep problems, maybe it’s Maybelline (it’s sleep problems). Narrow face but full lips, feels somewhat cat-like. Several rings in either ear. Right arm is completely black, tattooed from mid bicep to fingertips. Tattoo appears to be sugarbush flowers, starting sparse but growing denser down her arm until it’s solid colour. Infestation ‘lines’ yet-more flowers in the dark ink, turning into a negative-space tattoo later on. Notably tall, bordering 180cm, with a fit, muscular build.

At a Glance: Late 20s, early 30s. ‘Southern’ American accent but speaks quickly. Clips her words. Darker skin tone, probably of Central American/Mexican indigenous heritage. Long, curly, wavy hair falls to the small of her back, typically loose. Deep brown eyes, bordering black. Wide face, button nose, always has the hint of a smug little smirk curling her lips. Heavily pierced - two bars across the bridge of her nose, septum ring (normally a horseshoe), snakesbites, gauged earlobes (one with a bullet through the ring), more piercings beneath her collar. Regulator pistols tattooed over her hips on her lower back. Fit with strong legs, very clearly rides horses (or an animal of some sort, possibly bull riding) but not overly muscular or defined. Slightly below average height but still manages to look down her nose at people she dislikes.

Davide Dauger

At a Glance: Early 30s. French accent, tends to speak quickly. Pale skin tone, slightly ruddy. Chestnut brown hair, reaches his shoulders if he lets it down, typically up in a messy bun. Hazel eyes; bright, curious, expressive. Light freckling, does not appear to be Infestation. Medium build with gentle features and a rounded face, looks a bit younger than he is. Typically has stubble but doesn’t let his beard grow out too much as it gets unruly quickly. Mole on his right ramus, right at the tip of his jaw; beard grows in the wrong direction there, making it stick up awkwardly if not trimmed. Fit, but average build, slightly shorter than average as well. Little visible Infestation except for glowing, golden crenelations around his neck (across his Adam’s Apple), around his biceps, and around his thighs; hard to see in the light but rather striking in the dark.
Notes: Makes a killer french onion soup. Good friends with Char, and will patriotically mock Britannians.

First Appearance: Into the Void - Ch.1
At a Glance: Late 30s, early 40s; always looks tired. Exceptionally heavy accent, somewhere between Latin and Germanic. Middling skin, Mediterranean heritage. Black hair, short fauxhawk streaked with silver; large beard of the same. Brilliant white eyes. Large watercolour tattoo of a snow leopard on his back. All four canines are made of biometal. Infestation looks like leopard spots across most of his body; faint, cracked ice pattern beneath. Heavily scarred. Boxy build, heavy set. Incredibly cold personality, speaks little, if at all. He is the boss fight.

At a Glance: Late 20s, early 30s. Cajun accent, not as heavy as Mu’s but gets much heavier when intoxicated or spending time with Mu. Olive skin tone, south European heritage, but tans easily. Light brown eyes, bright and expressive. Brown hair streaked with natural blonde streaks, longer in the front; often brushing it aside to keep it out of his face. Has a cowlick that refuses to be tamed but has accepted his fate. Always has a five o’clock shadow. Narrow, heart-shaped face with a wide chin and thin lips. Has glasses but it’s even odds if he’s wearing them. All nine layers of Dante's Inferno are tattooed down his back, from neck to hip. Fit, but not built; definitely prefers reading books to manual labour.
Notes: Mu's best friend and the only person who can stop Mu and Courtney fighting.

First Appearance: Horizon Signal - Ch.1
At a Glance: Late 20s. Heavy germanic accent. Light skin tone, north European heritage. Bright, baby blue eyes. Thin, extremely light blonde hair typically reaches his shoulders but was recently cut short by a Grineer Ghoul’s buzzsaw - it will grow back out. Never styles it aside from putting it up when it’s bugging him. Clean shaven. Rectangular face structure with high cheekbones and a strong, if low, jaw. Two rings in his left eyebrow and another in his right side lower lip. Has ‘GEWEHR’ tattooed in gothic script down his right forearm. Physically incapable of sitting still. Metallic ‘vents’ cover parts of his upper arms and thighs, only open when he’s overheating, biologically similar to a plant’s stoma. Keeps them covered most of the time because they do make people uncomfortable. Body temperature much higher than the average person, eats like a race horse to compensate for his metabolism.

At a Glance: Late 20s, early 30s. Accent is on a permanent walking tour of France and England, speaks both fluently. Deep mulberry purple irises with white striations. Dark auburn hair with silvery streaks, naturally wavy and curly. Musketeer-style moustache and beard; moustache is perfectly manicured, beard is rough and unkempt. Narrow face with high cheekbones, easily defined as ‘dashing’. Silver ring in either earlobe. Very little visible Infestation. Fit, but lightweight build; fencer’s physique. Has the air of being one plumed cavalier hat away from a Dumas novel.

At a Glance: Early 30s. Very light skin tone, East Asian descent, but tans quickly and easily. Black irises with a bright red-purple limbal ring. Black hair, just long enough to style; typically brushed back so it spikes up messily. May ‘frost’ the tips different colours as he feels, often pink, purple, red, or lime green. Broad face with a shallow jawline and boxy head. Sometimes has a slight beard or moustache, but it’s generally sparse. Little visible Infestation. Diamond studs in either earlobe. Large, stylised oni tattoo across his back, from shoulders and neck down to his hips. Extremely well-defined build, broad shoulders with a slim waist; takes very good care of himself. Not quite body builder physique but prioritises form and function equally.

At a Glance: Early 30s. Considerable English accent, clips her words and speaks quickly. Dark skin, African heritage. Thick black hair, tends to flyaway frequently; very curly. Deep brown eyes flecked with gold. No visible tattoos or piercings. Minimal visible Infestation; seems to have glitter in her skin though it's light. In the dark, her skeleton and joints are followed by geometric patterns in her skin. Average build; fit, but not overly muscular. Very expressive, tends to speak to herself silently while thinking. Has seen and done it all.
SO: works 25 hours a day, 9 days a week. No.

Irri Rathore
Warframe: Wisp
First Appearance: Horizon Signal - Ch.1
At a Glance: Early 30s. Indistinguishable accent, possibly north Indian though very difficult to tell; her voice is deeper than one might expect, but silky smooth. Possibly of North Indian (Punjab) heritage, intermixed with Indonesian. Deep, rich brown skin tone. Hair and eyes both a mahogany to ebony brown, intermixed with golds. Hair falls past her shoulders, wavy and naturally curly, seems to glitter or gleam when it catches the light. Round face, almond-shaped eyes, broad and shallow nose; generally a soft facial structure, warm and welcoming. Silver, subdermal studs in her Dimples of Venus - might be Infestation. Soft build, extremely curvy, with a bit of a tummy; isn’t about to be running any races any time soon, but still stronger than she looks. Both shoulders have strange, flattened, Infested flower-like structures with petals radiating like a sun; hard to see unless she’s actively showing them as they sit flush. Enormous tattoo of a Sri Chakra between her shoulders, Panchajanya on the back of her right thigh and a lotus flower corsage tied with a blue ribbon in the same place on the left side.

First Appearance: Stars of Sirius - Ch.32
At a Glance: Late 20s. Middling skin tone, covered with darker splotches, patterned like a dart frog. Shoulder length, brown hair, curly and voluminous; will put it up if it starts to annoy her but otherwise tends to let it fly free. Bright, yellow eyes, slightly too big for her face, give her an uncanny but extremely cute appearance. Heart-shaped face. Skin is extremely sensitive, avoids chemical products at all costs, and has several burns/scars related to trying a product only to find it did not agree with her. Toes are webbed, with slight, suction cup-like structures. Very fit, both arms and legs are strong and well-defined but slender, build brings to mind Olympic acrobats. Very capable of going invisible in and out of her Warframe, but outside of her Warframe, she’s not perfectly silent nor perfectly invisible. A faint outline follows where she goes, similar to a heat haze.

At a Glance: Very subtle accent, easy to miss. Pale skin, east Asian heritage. Messy black hair, unstyled; not quite long enough to fall into his face. Deep brown eyes, bordering black. No visible tattoos or piercings. Minimal visible Infestation aside from being typically antsy; can't sit still. In the dark, appears to have static electrical arcs under his skin. Square, almost boxy head; slim-fit build, that of a runner. Tends to be happy-go-lucky, it's rare to see him frowning or down. Loves getting into dumb, circular arguments, especially with Quinn. Best friends: Amir, Johann, Elias, and Quinn.

First Appearance: Home in the Stars - Ch.3
At a Glance: Early 30s. Heavy germanic accent. Pale skin tone, north European heritage. Brilliant purple irises streaked with gold. Flaxen blonde locks that fall past her shoulders, almost always seen in some style of braid - ponytail at the very least. Broad facial structure that seems almost neutral on her build; neck is just as powerful as the rest of her. Thin lips, wide nose, heavy brow. Large, intricate celtic knots across both shoulders and down her arms, tattooed in a traditional woad blue. Built like a brick shithouse, tall by almost any standard, probably around 180-185cm. Very little visible Infestation on her body save for what appears to be a knuckle duster built into her right hand - patterned lines of Infestation that make a crescent around her wrist, down her hand, and over her fingers (disconnected, allowing the fingers to move naturally).

Notes: Was actually born on a Battleship; her 'home' planet is maternal.

Markus Veratrum
Warframe: Styanax
First Appearance: UltraNUMB - Ch.12
At a Glance: Late 20s, early 30s. Cosmopolitan American accent, with slight hints of possibly Greek; rolls his R’s. Deep, bronze skin tone, tans in an instant and holds the tan for a very long time. Medium-length, ruddy hair, past his ears, but much longer than it looks; thick and exceptionally curly. Golden eyes, broad chin, roman nose. Tends to have slight stubble but shaves daily; his beard just happens to grow exceptionally quickly and his five o’clock shadow comes in around noon. Argead star tattooed on his right bicep. Not overly built but exceedingly fit and well defined. Very little visible Infestation, lacking even patterning, but does have greave-like demarcations on his legs beneath the knee.
Notes: Loathes his name being shortened in any way.

Matteo Sortek
Warframe: Lavos
First Appearance: Home in the Stars - Ch.6
At a Glance: Early 30s. Extremely heavy Germanic accent, often sneaks German words in while thinking. Blue-green eyes, vertical slit pupil; wears glasses to compensate for myopia. Short blonde hair, longer on top, typically in a tight ponytail; sides are typically buzzed. Narrow features, somewhat triangular face with a sharp jaw and strong chin. Has long, hollow upper canines and a venomous bite. Slightly chunky face due to venom glands in his sinuses, makes his appearance very distinctive. Short and stout; strong build overall but not well-defined. Two long, snake-like Infested creatures rest in his skin, running from the backs of his hands, up his shoulders, and twining around his spine like a caduceus; same colour as his eyes.

Min Fen
Warframe: Zephyr
First Appearance: UltraNUMB - Ch.12
At a Glance: Late 20s, but looks considerably younger. Strange mix of Native American (Pacific Northwest; Wakashan, Coast Salish, or Haida) combined with cosmopolitan accent. Tends to speak slowly but does not enunciate - gets far, far worse when she’s high. Olive-brown skin tone, tans exceptionally quickly and holds it forever. Deep brown, almost black hair, feathered to her shoulders, dyed with whites and reds; typically messy and has long bangs she sweeps to the side in a 20th century ‘emo’ style. Brown eyes, typically a bit dulled though still very inquisitive. Extremely round face, chubby cheeks, and narrow eyes with a broad nose. Arms and back dominated by a pair of Haida-styled wings. Notably slim build, almost concerningly thin, with a lightweight, if muscular, construction. Minimal visible Infestation, though her tattoos glow softly in very low light.

Mu 'Brandon' Sun

First Appearance: Home in the Stars - Ch.6
At a Glance: Mid 30s. Deep Cajun accent tinged with East Asian; very hard to understand when he gets wound up. Grey-brown eyes always dancing with mirth and glee, giving him a wise yet playful appearance. Long, black hair to mid-back, equally long beard reaching his stomach. Hard to tell his face shape through all the hair, but probably strong-jawed with East Asian features; broad, shallow nose. Notably physically fit, arms much stronger than his legs; somewhat wedge-shaped with broad shoulders. Generally pretty hairy, arms and legs especially. Gold, silver, and crimson Infestation normally invisible but can glow through when embarrassed or flustered; looks like ribbons down his limbs, with golden and silver clouds across his back, shoulders, upper arms, and thighs.

Nadia Tokhi
Warframe: Voruna
First Appearance: Labours of Love Ch.12
At a Glance: Early-mid 20s. American accent, hard to pin down; cosmopolitan. Light olive skin tone. Messy, voluminous, shoulder-length black hair best described as a mane; wolf cut, naturally fades to a pale silvery blue-grey at the tips. Often ties some up in a pair of buns mimicking a wolf’s ears. Rich, golden brown eyes. Black freckles and three black lines across each cheek like a canine’s whiskers. Rounded features; narrow nose and chubby cheeks. Extremely heavily tattooed and pierced - medusa, septum, and several earrings; black hands fading to dappling at elbows; wolf skull on chest; paw prints in back dimples; 4 paw prints on left shoulder of different sizes. Visible Infestation includes black nails, metal studs in dimples of venus, sharper than average teeth, and wolf’s heads on both shoulders and thighs (same as her Warframe, but flattened into her skin).

Naomi

First Appearance: Home in the Stars Ch.7
At a Glance: Early-mid 30s. Cosmopolitan accent; hard to identify, but noticeable. Skin tone is very hard to discern but probably olive; vitiligo-like patterning across her whole body, though divided by glowing red-orange lines that look volcanic. Skin tone ranges from pale, ashy white to obsidian black. Shoulder-length hair, typically pinned to one side, rich copper colour. Flaming red-orange irises, extremely intense stare; almost appear liquid. Glowing freckles across nose, cheeks, shoulders, chest, and back, down to her legs. Slender face with a permanent pout, always looks just a bit disappointed.

At a Glance: Early-mid 20s. Solaris accent, occasionally slips into Ventkids slang. Caramel skin tone, tans very quickly. Everything about Nevie is mutable at a moment’s notice - hair length, colour, style, eye colour. Hair is naturally a chemical bleached white. Slender, yet large eyes, naturally a deep brown. Full lips, heart-shaped face with opalescent freckles across her nose and cheeks. Broad nose. Has fibre optic-like filaments in her hair much like Quinn that glow with her mood. Extremely slim and slender build; not quite emaciated, but looks slightly underweight.

At a Glance: Mid 20s. American accent, though has a strong sympathetic accent. Very light skin tone, north or west European heritage. Strawberry blonde hair reaches the small of her back. Pale violet or lavender eyes. Round face, button nose, lips permanently pulled into a cute pout. Slender, dancer’s build, absolutely no outward signs of Infestation. No blemishes, no imperfection, no freckles, nothing. Seems almost uncannily perfect.

Olivia Achernar

At a Glance: Mid-late 20s. American accent, extremely rough-and-tumble tone, gruff, almost gravelly voice. Light olive skin tone, patterned with spots and stripes like a big cat (closer to ocelot or jaguar than tiger). Blonde hair heavily streaked with black (probably natural), cut raggedly and without much care. Barely reaches her shoulders, typically pulled into a loose, spiky pony. Prefers bangs in her face. Steely, grey-blue eyes with vertical slit pupils; needs glasses or has extreme myopia. Notably sharp teeth, silvery canines. Litany of piercings, including (but not limited to): septum ring, 2 rings left eyebrow, right ear industrial bar, 4 rings each lobe. Covered in large, visible burn scars. Scrawny, almost emaciated build, but extremely muscular. Lacks visible Infestation aside from dermal patterning, but has larger than average hands with retractable, biosteel claws.

Irises naturally a pale or pastel yellow, but change with Nevie’s. Rounded face, almost always wears a slightly cheeky expression. Fit, but not overly built; surfer's physique.

At a Glance: Early 30s. English accent, somewhat posh. Extremely light skin; north European heritage. Shoulder-length hair, so pale blonde it appears white; naturally wavy, does not style well. Soft, baby-blue eyes. Single gold ring through her left nostril, silver tongue stud; frequently seen fidgeting with the stud. Minimal visible Infestation. In the dark, appears to have little flashes of light across her body, like radioactive decay. Strong jaw but otherwise soft features. Fit runner's build, bottom heavy with strong legs. Explosive temper, but takes a lot to flare. One of Steph's emotional support humans.

At a Glance: Early-mid 20s. Sympathetic accent queen, though apologises for it frequently. Pale, but warm, skin tone, east Asian descent. Black hair in a short, asymmetrical bob; silver streaks throughout. Deep chestnut eyes, very warm and expressive. Whole right side is covered with a mural of pop culture, gaming, and scifi tattoos, running from right wrist, up her arm, down her shoulder and side, to her hip. Kept bright and ‘new’ by her Infestation. No visible Infestation across her body. Slight and slender build, fit but not built. Round face, broad nose, stud earring in either lobe.

Pale brown eyes, faceted and compound (though retaining typical sclera/iris/pupil structure) - extreme myopia. Long, dirty blonde mane of hair - extremely fluffy and soft. Rounded face and features, chubby cheeks that make her look even younger than she is. Incredibly short, about 145-148cm tall. Has ‘sockets’ in her flesh across her body where Infested, butterfly-like creatures called razorflies nest. Smallest ones are the size of a coin, largest covers her entire lower back above her hips - body horror, but cute! Extremely slender and slight build.

At a Glance: Early-mid 30s. Rough-and-tumble American accent, speaks quickly and with swagger. Deep, dark skin tone, African heritage. No hair or beard, though shaves regularly to keep both from getting out of hand. Extremely heavily scarred. Very little visible Infestation. Deep brown eyes, bordering black, always gleaming with mirth. Absolute brick shithouse of a human being, standing at 2m tall and close to 200kg. Extremely dense musculature and bone structure, making him bulkier than he looks.

At a Glance: Late 20s. East Asian accent. Voice is extremely smooth and soothing, sits at a perfect place between octaves to keep them androgynous. Very pale skin, possibly Chinese heritage. Long, straight black hair they style heavily. Soft blue eyes, always dancing or gleaming. Rounded, androgynous face, typically made up. Cloud tattoos cover their forearms. Very minor visible Infestation, though have blue, flame-like patterns around their ankles and golden rings around their biceps and thighs. They typically hide any external, visible signs of Infestation. Tongue has a golden barbell, ears carry several small rings, left side has an ear bracket high up. Extremely slender and lithe build, gymnast’s physique they take extremely good care of.
