This might be cringe... Ok?

Astro hummed a lullaby while writing part of an literacy essay, his clouded eyes looking at nothing while he finished a sentence. His mind full of spontaneous thoughts, then he remembered his voice, that coy yet warm voice that made him feel lightheaded. Sprout Seedly. Since Sprout had helped Astro in the train Station, he realized the way Sprout had sticked together to him since they met, like a light in the dark abyss. 

After some minutes of thinking a question came up to his mind, how could he make it up to him? After the kiss, after the argument he had with Dandy, after making their relationship official, after going to Hoan Kiem Lake with him and his brother. 

Astro had a simple idea, a simple yet sweet idea. Flowers.

Astro dialed Dandy's number in his phone, he was gonna be his wingman whether he liked it or not.

"Hello?" Dandy's voice came sleepy from the other side of the phone, a Lil' pang of guilt hitted Astro but he had to be persistent. "Dandy, do y'know what kind of flowers Sprout likes?" Dandy didn't answer to that question for a solid 38 seconds, doubting whether to answer Astro's question correctly, incorrectly or simply not answering it. "Lilies. He likes Lilies." He murmured before hanging without any warning. Well, he was Sprout's brother after all and he wouldn't complain. 

Astro then had no choice but to grab his cane, get ready and step out of his house but not before telling his parents. The streets were full of noise, faces, people who came from here and went to there, it was full chaos. Astro usually managed not to trip into somebody or something and succeed. He stepped into a store, a known store for selling any kind of gift. 

"Excuse me sir, do you have white Lilies in sale? I'd like to gift them to my partner." Astro asked "of course! Would you like the version that has other decorative flowers or just Lilies?" "The first one, please" "Great choice!" Astro would probably go broke after but Sprout deserved the best and the best only. After waiting a few minutes he was handed the bouquet "That would be 712.300 Đồngs, would you like to pay on card or cash?"

 "Cash..." Astro murmured in defeat, when getting cashier out of his wallet he handed it to the lady and asked "I have a vision problem, is this enough?" His voiced carried a bit of fear, people had stole cash from him before and he really hoped the cashier would be honest with him. "You need 200 đồngs more, sir." Astro sighed in relief, maybe she was tricking him but an answer that seemed honest atleast was something. 

"Thanks for your purchase, come back soon!" 

Now, Astro had to be extra careful not to trip into someone, he did not wanted for someone to step into the bouquet for obvious reasons. He walked in a street that seemed slightly empty, then heard a familiar voice from behind him.

"Astro? What are you doing here?" Astro froze for a second and had to turn around. "A-are those for... me?" Astro heard and felt it, the atmosphere change, the way Sprout breathed and talked and the sound of footsteps quickly approaching him. Sprout was smiling. "Dandy told me you love Lilies" Sprout's smile quickly dropped, turning into a frown "He did? But Lilies aren't my favorites..." Astro sighed "It's fine, I'll buy you another ones if you did not liked th-" "No! You won't. You think after you gave your money just to give me a gift just because of my stupid interests you can throw them away like nothing?!" Astro blinked once, then twice. He chuckled stupidly, Sprout was acting like he was the one who bought the flowers and Astro just had rejected them. "I'll take the flowers but why'd you even bought them in first place? Is this some kind of special Holiday that I'm not aware of yet?" He joked. 

"I just wanted to give you this because of that favor you did to me in the train Station the day we met, it was sweet of you helping me and I just wanted to return the fav-" Sprout didn't let Astro finish once again and kissed him, making him drop his cane but he holded the flowers for his money's sake. The kiss was slow, a bit intimate but didn't lasted more than 30 seconds. Astro wished it did though. "You didn't had to." Sprout murmured, hugging Astro and placing his chin in his shoulder. It didn't take long for Astro to return the hug, pulling Sprout closer. 

Sprout placed a lily against his ear, holding the bouquet like a 1st place trophie.

"Can we go stargazing?" "You know the answer to that." Sprout giggled, squeezing Astro's hand gently, earning a squeeze back.
