Work Text:

Here they all were once again. After years they were all squished in a dingy bar, hidden away somewhere in central Europe, celebrating in their own way after a successful mission.

Ana couldn’t remember the last time she had seen all of these faces in one place. Of course she had aided here and there, but that was only ever with a couple of members of the old team at once. Now she could see the younger members causing havoc in the corner - throwing back shots and trying to one up each other playing darts - whilst others milled around holding drinks of their own and catching up with long lost friends.

One voice she hadn’t heard in all the time since Overwatch was disbanded was missing. Booming German was a staple back in the day, boasting of his feats in battle and the bar alike, but even now it was absent.

Reinhardt had joined the mission - as he always would - but there was a subdued attitude to the man that had never been present back when the two of them were in their primes. Righteousness could only carry a man’s conscience so far in their line of work.

Seemingly summoned by Ana’s reminiscing, a large form slides up to her as she leans over the bar, resting her weight on one of the stools partially.

”You know,” A low rumbling followed the opening statement, “You really should sit down Ana, standing after all that, well it makes me tired.” There was none of his usual bombastic behaviour in his speech now, only a tired man who had been trying to make a difference his whole life.

“Reinhardt, you know I’m tired anyway.” A smile spread across her face anyway, glad to see a rock of her early life sat beside her. “Not drinking this evening you?”

If she didn’t know better, Ana would have sworn that a shadow crossed the scarred face in front of her for a moment; but she did know better, and the concept was gone before it could solidify. A toothy grin formed on the towering man’s face, now taking his own seat after having guided Ana onto the stool properly with his hand on her back.

“Someone has to keep an eye on the whipper snappers, and we both know it won’t be Torb.”. They both glanced around at the red haired man who was now running around the bar ensuring to get a detailed list of everyone’s drink requests before scampering up to the older two.

“You two wanting anything? Or are you retiring early so the real party can get started?” Chuckles escaped the three of them. Despite the smaller man being a similar age to the two sat down, they all knew he was the one with the energy for the celebrations these days.

Glancing at each other, both Ana and Rein realised they would rather the quiet of a hotel room than the loud of the drunk group of heroes as the backdrop to their catch up. They threw a light nod at each other before moving to get up, grabbing jackets and bags.

“I think,” Ana began as she threw back the last of her drink, “We shall leave you to make a bad example of yourself, don’t have too much fun without us.”

Waves and hugs were exchanged with some of the younger members as the two of them attempted to make their way towards the door. Pharah scowled from the corner, avoiding making direct eye contact with either of them despite wanting to watch their every move. Ana never knew what to do about her since their fall out, instead leaving the issues to fizzle out over the years, only they hadn’t.

Finally, the two of them stepped into the cold. Silence enveloped them, the ruckus of the bar blocked by the door swinging shut, the reality of today hit Ana and she crumbled slightly.

“Now, now you,” Rein gathered her small frame into his arms, lifting slightly so that she did not have to hold her own body up, “It’ll be alright, let’s get you back and settle in for the night, we’ve got a whole lot of travelling tomorrow.”. His serious tone was matched with a light laugh from the woman in his arms, giggling at the situation she was in.

“We aren’t 20-somethings anymore you know? You don’t need to pick me up and carry me home like a damsel in distress.” Regardless of her verbal complaints, Amari leaned into the vast chest, looping her arms around his neck as they began moving towards where they were staying.

Out here it was still wonderfully quiet, with a cutting chill making it hard to not lean even more into the embrace of the man carrying her. Time, seemingly, had not weathered Reinhardt at all. He trudged along at a soldier's pace - ducking below certain branches and lunging over water that rain had left behind - ensuring that the woman in his arms had a comfortable ride.

After no more than ten minutes of walking in silence, they arrived at the place they were staying for the night, “Okay you really have got to put me down now, we aren’t fitting through the door like this.”

Ana’s throaty chuckle was cut off by warm air pooling around her face, making her look up from her hands to see the large face looming over her. This close she could see how deep the scars went, the way the skin rippled around the edges after attempting to heal itself.

She brought her hand up, rubbing her thumb against the rough skin, “Oh Reinhardt. My Reinhardt, how could I leave you to do this alone for so long.” This was met with no verbal answer, instead, a light brush of rough lips against her own was the response.

Silently, the two of them came to an understanding, and Ana was lowered to the ground before she slid the key into the door to open it, Rein followed after her, crouching under the door frame without a second thought. Familiarity guided the two of them, grasping their minds and taking them through motions neither had partaken in together in a very long time.

Clasping hands, they moved towards the bedroom where Ana spun around to look back at Rein. Still no words passed between them, but with a look to that old face from her past, she knew that his warmth and comfort was something she did not want to miss out on. Rein knew that this woman stood in front of her was all he had ever wanted.

Even now, Ana’s hands were steady and calm as she reached up to the buttons on his shirt, unclasping them deliberately as she balanced on her toes. When the white buttons had all been undone, Rein shrugged off the top, revealing his vast chest covered in more scars than the ones on his face let on.

“Don’t darling, what’s done is done.” He murmured into the small woman’s ear as he grasped at the hand that reached to memorise the scars. Instead guiding her back to her own side as he began removing layers of Ana’s clothing.

Delicate kisses were placed where his rough hands worked, warmth bloomed from each one. Years had not let her forget this feeling. The feeling of being cherished by someone with reckless abandon, a feeling that could never hold between the two of them.

Before long, the two of them stood, flushed and bare. A soft laugh escaped Ana as she felt Rein move towards her, lifting her small frame up once again, and laying her gently on the sheets. There is little ceremony to lovers that have been apart for as long as they had, and they both knew that. The two of them knew the other well enough despite the distance that had formed.

Large hands covered every inch of Ana’s body, relearning the soft curves, enveloping her body in his and noticing what had changed over the years. By contrast, Ana lay watching, not wanting to forget the sight of her Reinhardt like this.

About to bow his head, lowering himself down the body below him, a memory flashed into Rein’s mind that caused him to glance back up, “Oh you remembered, good boy.”.

Caution left him in that moment, instead lifting Ana up from the bed so that she was now on her knees in front of him on the sheets. From here, her small form took charge, bracing her hands on his shoulders as she brought herself forward and prepared herself for the familiar sting that would follow.

“Are you sure? It’s not like we are still kids, this could be a lot.”

“Oh don’t flatter yourself.”

With a grin on her face, Ana began to lower herself onto his throbbing cock. Rein’s size wasn’t insignificant, but this only fed into the woman’s hunger more. The sting that came from pushing him into her without any time spent on prepping herself filled her with glee which spurred her into pushing down further.

Rein behaved well and waited until she was fully seated before moving; knowing that she revelled in the stretch even now relieved him, he doubted he would be able to hold onto his good behaviour for long. Arms wrapped around her back - supporting her and constricting her - he began to thrust leisurely into Ana.

There was no stuttering of new lovers between the two of them, or the embarrassment of young people's first times, this was a pair of people who knew exactly how to please the other, and who wanted to do just that.

Whilst pushing himself deeper and deeper into the woman above him, Rein began lightly flicking at her nipple with his tongue. Giving just enough stimulation to split her mind between the pressure in her abdomen and the body enveloping hers. Gasps echoed in the space where their two faces didn’t quite meet, steadily growing.

Ana continued searching for more of that stretch, arching her back in flinging her head back until that last bit of his length made it into her, forcing her sight to black out with the fullness. She trusted him to hold her there intrinsically, allowing him to move her body in this position so that they kept meeting at this point.

Now entirely full of her young love, it did not take long for her to reach the brink, a final push up from Rein leading to her silently screaming, vision blurring with ecstasy. The body above him tightening around his swollen dick was all that it took for any level of control to leave the large man, throwing Ana down onto her back so he could push into her quickly and recklessly.

Reinhardt finished before Ana had fully recovered from her own orgasm, stuttering into her one last time as the heat left his body. Almost entirely slumped onto the body below him, a hearty laugh left him “I missed you so much, My little cat.”.
