Summary
Mafioso’s got blood on his hands and a hit out on his head. After wiping out the same shady organization that built him, he knew karma would circle back—so when Mafioso knows the city’s best hitman gets sent after him, he’s not surprised. The hitman’s name? Chance.
PROBLEM IS, Chance has no idea Mafioso’s the one he’s supposed to kill. Mafioso knows, though—and instead of dipping, he sticks around. Keeps Chance busy, talks circles around him, lies, drags him into late-night bullshit and half-baked “errands” just to stall time. It’s a game—until it start to feel real.
