Kaiser has a secret that he would rather die than tell someone.

That is, he had an Isagi doll for a while.

Well, that's not quite right. It's not like he bought it. It was gifted to him by a fan before he started buying that stuff.

Kaiser sees no value in buying stuff since it will all just disappear one day when he dies, so he never was a big fan of owning things that aren't important to his football career.

Except for his ball, that was all he wanted, and he needed nothing more Kaiser thought until.

“This is for you.” A fan with long purple hair gives Kaiser an Isagi doll.

As the fan girl handed him the Isagi plushie, Kaiser was taken aback. He looked at it with a mix of surprise and slight annoyance, wondering if she had made a mistake.

But the girl quickly clarified, telling him it was indeed for him.

It's times like this Kaiser wishes he could just say no to his fan, but he just smiles at the fan as he takes the plushie.

Despite his initial annoyance, Kaiser found himself taking the plushie to his house for some reason he still keep the plushie with him as he looked at it

It was almost as if the damn thing had a strange charm to it.

He carried it with him as he made his way back home.

He couldn't understand why he was so drawn to it. Perhaps it was the adorable design, or maybe it was just the fact that it resembled Isagi. kaiser looked at it as he lay on his bed.

“Whatever” he said as he put the plushie away as he got ready to sleep.

Kaiser had a nightmare about his father being at his door, and as soon as he opened it, he hit him.

No one helped kaiser as he fell down as his dad was hitting him, revealing his stupid past to the world.

Kaiser woke up all shaking as he looked around.

He didn't know why, but he was panicking. This type of nightmare only came to him when he was a kid living with that shitty dad.

Kaiser looked around as he found his ball, grabbed his ball for comfort, and it put him at ease, but the tear wouldn't stop. It was the worst.

Kaiser hated how useless he felt that he couldn't do anything about this hopeless feeling.

He hated that he still lived in fear, hunted by his dad, even though he thought he had finally moved on.

As Kaiser was hugging his ball, suddenly something fell on Kaiser's head, getting him out of his thoughts.

“Ouch”

As kaiser looked behind him it was an isagi doll kaiser GRABBED it and hug it tightly

Kaiser reached behind him, shaking as he grabbed the Isagi plushie.

Kaiser hugged it tightly, almost desperately, as if seeking comfort in its presence.

The plushie felt surprisingly soft and warm against his body.

Kaiser pressing his face into the plushie, his breathing slowly starting to become normal.

"Just a dream..." Kaiser repeated to himself.

““It was just a dream… Don't worry, love.”

Kaiser suddenly heard a voice.

It was Isagi but more mature? As if an older Isagi, Kaiser hugged the doll.

“I don't know if you can hear me, but you might be alone right now, but trust me, in the future you won't be. I will always be here.”

“Trust in the future you want deep down will come to be a reality. keep fighting. I promise it will be worth it.”

Kaiser didn't know why he could hear a much older Isagi voice, but it calmed him down.

“I love you.”

After that the voice stopped. Kaiser looked up and around, but there was nothing, but for some reason he felt Isagi's presence.

He looked at the Isagi plushie, then at his ball.

He hugged them both.

“The future might be better…

*I trust that voice. If it's a lie, get ready to die, Yoichi,* Kaiser thought as he fell asleep.

“I love you too yoichi,” Kaiser whispered as he hugged the doll and the ball as he fell asleep.
