Summary
Cas Novak has spent a majority of his adult life escaping his past, hopping from job to job and city to city in six months or less. Seattle, Washington was supposed to be no different. A pretty standard systems admin job for a company filled with a hilarious variety of Clients from Hell. Dean Winchester being a prime candidate (and almost worth a submission). The big, bad marketing director who had been known to make employees cry, if he wasn’t dumping iced coffee on their heads.
He might have been content in assuming such things of the company, “Mean Girl,” had they not accidentally bonded over some trash TV in the breakroom one workaholics Saturday. As they say, it was, “the start of a beautiful, bizarrely satisfying, if sexually frustrating, friendship.” And somewhere between building a living room fort out of moving boxes and dog sitting his Baby, Cas quickly realized he had stopped trying to outrun his past.
Can two broken puzzle pieces fit together to make a brand new puzzle?

Summary
When Dean Winchester and Claire Novak are forced to have weekly meetings, neither of them are in the slightest bit enthusiastic.
However, after the initial disinterest, Dean and Claire begin to discover that they both have a lot of similarities. Not only do they both know sign language but they have both suffered loss. They’re both running from their problems and most importantly, they both love stories.
As Dean delves into anecdotes of his past, Claire begins to notice that there is one central figure in all of them. The more Dean goes into his memories; the more Claire has questions. Soon, she discovers that there is an underlying secret within Dean’s stories, a hidden truth as to why Dean ran all those years ago.
The more Claire discovers about Dean and the more she pieces together, the more desperate she is to figure out a way to help Dean find his way back home.

Summary
Dean Winchester was excited to start his new job at Sandover. He was ready for a change, and this was a big step up the career ladder. Maybe the Employee Handbook was a bit harsh in some respects, but hey, he was there to make money, not to find a life partner, so the prohibition against intra-company dating shouldn’t be a problem, right?
No problem at all.
Well, maybe one little problem, in the form of the Director of Human Resources, hot-as-sin Castiel Novak.

Summary
By the time he hits thirty-three, Dean's given up on the apple pie life, accepting that a serious relationship isn't in the cards for him. But when he meets Cas everything falls into place. Now he’s happily married, hopelessly in love, and they’re about to buy their first home together. It almost feels too good to be true.
It turns out it is. His world comes crashing down when he wakes to find that he’s been a subject in a virtual reality simulation gone wrong. All the years he thought he spent with Cas were actually experienced in less than a week. And when he gets out, Cas is nowhere to be found and nobody has heard of him. Ignoring the possibility that Cas may not be real, Dean sets out to find him and convince him that it’s worth giving Dean — and their relationship — a shot in the real world.
