Summary
Hesitant, he approached the man, cautiously touching his shoulder. “Sir? Are you OK?”
The man moved his head in response to hearing his voice, wincing. He’d been beaten, his face battered and bloody, and vivid bruises bloomed across his cheekbones and crept up from underneath his beard. “Huh?” he said, his eyes fluttering open. “Who’re you?”
And wasn’t that the million-dollar question, because he had no clue.
No ideas.
No memories.
A teenager and a man wake up in a cell with injuries, no personal memories, and no apparent means of escape. -

Summary
“Peter?” Tony manages between huffs and puffs as he tries to catch his breath, his body shaking with adrenaline. The kid looks…well, not okay, but not like he’s on the verge of death, either. Tony wonders if Karen reported something wrong. He and the A.I. are going to have a very long reprogramming session if so, because if she scared him out of his wits for a minor concussion, he’s going to be very upset.
But then Peter’s gaze lands on Tony, and his eyes widen in fear. He skitters backward, pressing himself against the wall of the building behind him and making himself small.
Tony starts forward, confusion wrapping around him. “Pete, what’s—”
Peter’s breath hitches fearfully. “Who—who are you?”

When Peter came to, he was staring right at... Well, at Tony Stark’s face. And he wouldn’t lie, the first though that came through his head was what the fuck.
“Kid,” Tony Stark said, “Are you okay?”
“Hm? Oh yeah, I’m fine, um? Where exactly... am I?”

Peter's been keeping a secret about himself for quite a while, but to be fair, he had told everyone important in his life, its the systems fault for not telling him he had powers, or that he was a frucking avenger!!!!

Summary
Tony Stark did it, he managed to bring back his kid after years of mourning. Peter's new relationship with Tony is fragile and frankly terrifying. Minutes after being brought back from the dead he's witnessing what he thinks are Tony's final moments. He returns to the city, to May and her new husband Steven. Hoping to be comforted after losing a father figure, he's faced with the reality of living with his childhood rapist. Peter Parker's suffering doesn't end there. The once-beloved sense of family he'd found in May has all but dissipated since he's returned. She's cold and distant and doesn't pay any mind to what Skip does to Peter behind closed doors. His only outlet is Spider-Man, but eventually, that becomes too much to handle. Unbeknownst to him, he's got a family close by willing to help put him back together again.

He exhales shakily, then tries to think about this logically. What does somebody do when they find themselves inexplicably in the middle of the forest?

Summary
It's been six months to the day.
That horrible, soul-shattering, world-ending day. The day Quentin Beck took a metaphorical machete to his chest and carved out his heart, tucking a devastating promise in the newly vacated hole and sewing it back up.
Tony sighs heavily, the sound breaking on a near-sob. He glances down again, halfway to deliriousness, at the phone in his palm. There's nothing. No notification, no indication that what Beck promised is going to come to fruition. It causes him to grimace, to pull even deeper into the cushion of the couch.
"Nothing?" May asks quietly, chewing the tips of her finger-nails. She glances down at the phone he holds, her eyes red-rimmed and wide, matching his in desperate yearning. "It's been- it's been six months, that's what he said-"
"Yeah," Tony chokes out. "Six fucking months-"
