    When Bodhi wakes up after Bor Gullet ravages his mind, the only things he's fairly sure of are that he did something important and something terrible happened to him.

    He's particularly unsure if the teenage boy is a ghost or a hallucination, especially since Bodhi is the only one who can see him. But Edwin is lonely, and Bodhi is desperate for comfort, and even a hallucination is better than being alone.
