Work Text:
Quentin screamed out in pain as a bear trap clamped around his leg.
The pain was absolutely unbearable, and blood quickly began to pour from the injury.
Alerted by the scream and not wanting the teenager to get caught by the Trapper, David made his way to the boy and quickly got to work on undoing the bear trap.
He looked around carefully to make sure the Trapper wasn't nearby before he kneeled down and got to work at quickly patching up the wound.
It was far from a sanitary or permanent fixture, but it got the job done for what little time they had before the Trapper stumbled across them.
"Are you good to walk?" he asked. Quentin groaned in pain but nodded, limping alongside the other man to the nearest generator and praying that the Trapper didn't see the blood trail.
He tried his best not to think about what would've happened if David hadn't come to his rescue.
