Tim had given everything, his childhood, his parents, his future, and Bruce was still treating him like he was one misstep away from becoming the next psychotic villain of the week. But even that was better than when he was treated like he didn’t exist at all.

Making a weapon, or an extension of oneself requires a wide array of methodologies. In Albert Shaw’s case, it takes six years of torture and captivity with just the right amount of softness.
