XD stares (stairs, heh heh) at the human.
The human is called TOMMY, but XD does not care much for names.
Anyway, the human is only one human. There are a great many humans in its home. It does not care much for any of them.
Still, it wills them to stay, and so they do- DREAM (dream, dream little one while you can-) keeps them here. Kept them here. It is XD’s job to keep them here, now.
XD cannot complain about this. It, after all, allows it. In fact, one might even say that it enjoys it. They run around like ants.
Except mostly they’re funnier than ants.
XD snickers, and floats, and XD thinks. It is bored.
Its mirror is jailed, and the blowing-ups have stopped, mostly, and its favorites are sleeping and waiting and building and not talking to him.
XD is bored because they are not here- the only person of interest is the demon, and he is of the opposite-interest.
That’s the wrong kind of interest.
What XD most wants from him is for BADBOYHALO to go die in a hole. This will not happen, unfortunately, because the EGG is equal and opposite to XD, and it likes the demon.
Even TECHNOBLADE and PUNZ are gone. It’s rude of them. So XD is here, bored. It is human watching, even. Maybe in a bit it’ll go play with KARL, but he is just as interesting as this is (which is to say not at all) and so XD remains.
Vaguely, XD wonders what would happen if it removed the human from this world.
It is its world, after all. No matter what anyone says, it all belongs to XD. XD controls the world, because the world is XD.
Maybe it’s just a bit of-
Pixels fall from his head and it frowns with a mouth it does not have and reminds itself not to think too hard about it. (you are a young god, and you will learn in time, soothes the universe. XD ignores it.)
The point is, XD controls the world. It can kick out whoever it pleases. Right now, it fancies removing TOMMY, because it wants to see what will happen.
XD forces itself into the real world, breaking through the veil. It pauses for a second, to watch the glass shatter and re-weave itself. It’s just like it.
TOMMY is speaking, out of his mouth, and XD is speaking back. He seems frightened, XD thinks with morbid curiosity. Morbid curiosity. That’s a good one.
Mostly, it just wanted to show itself so TOMMY would know that it did this. XD snickers, and blinks, and the world (the UNIVERSE, the voice scolds lightly. i am the UNIVERSE.) rearranges itself to be how it wants it to be.
TOMMY is in another- he’s in another-

XD frowns, and tries to write the words in its head. TOMMY is not here, but he is still in- he is still in-
(he is in the universe. not this world, but the universe.)
It doesn’t matter, really. XD smiles, with the mouth it has in this real place. DREAM’s mouth. But only sort of, because it is XD’s mouth now.
What was it doing? XD snickers, and floats back in-between. It’s people watching. People watching. It won’t send anyone else out for a while. How is it supposed to watch if there’s no one to watch? It will keep them here.
XD is bored, still. It has sent TOMMY between worlds, but not universes, and now it cannot see well.
Perhaps it will take a nap. XD yawns, and folds its wings.
