  1. Double Trouble looking fabulous like they always do

Its really sweet how down bad Rayne is for Orter's autistic rizz (flat affect).

I understand why he didn't, bc coming out can be so scary and dangerous, but i wish rayne had talked to max about his feelings. :(

Also love how they finally had a conversation just because they wanted to talk (no other reason for staying behind after business is finished)!!! Yay yay yay

Also idk if ur actually writing orter as autistic, I know other things can cause a flat affect. I just have autism on the mind. It seemed like a fun pithy little comment at the time.

      1. Rayne will open up to Max later, but he's only going to do that after he has his feelings and relationship "secured" so to speak. He doesn't want to talk about being gay and in love while he's still battling the love part, even though it would help him. He can't open up about his insecurities until he controls them D:

But the next chapter will finally get him together with Orter! Somewhat. It's not like Orter would date a 17 year old. A divine visionary on the other hand :D

About Orter possibly having autism: I have a different backstory planned for him; the same as Wirth's but heavier, which will make his emotionless demeanour a trauma reaction. But I do know that the way I've written him until now also lends itself for an autistic reading. I don't know much about autism, though, so I won't go into that direction. But flat affect is a term I'll look into :D
