Comment on Lovelocks

  1. poor louis is stuck between a rock and a hard place here, since even if he pitched moving in, owen would refuse. he values his independence and autonomy too much, especially as it dwindles, and even if he was willing to give it up in such a big way, the idea of burdening louis like that (even if louis would absolutely not see it that way) is sacrilegious to him. plus, the town is clearly a bunch of gossips, and that would *definitely* raise some eyebrows. honestly, they could've (and probably would've) pulled it off after owen turned, when he didn't feel like so much of a drain on louis and they had plenty of ways to stop the town from noticing, but... canon...
your comments are so so appreciated btw, they're always really sweet and thoughtful <3

    1. Oh, good point, I didn't even think of that! I wonder what the villagers think of their little visits. Owen probably does see himself as a burden, the poor guy. Sometimes I wish he could see himself through Louise's eyes just for a day lol.
Ah, canon. The thing we often disregard but it haunts is anyways.
And thank you!! You're a great author, love talking with you as well. All the kudos!!! <3333
