I would love to write a scene where she fights with both the lightsabers in her hands and manipulates some with telekinesis, but the problem is, she is a cagey Sith Lord, and thus would be very reluctant to show all her tricks to people who might one day turn out to be enemies. I mean sure, she's allied with them now, but Revan is too used to betrayal to assume that will always be the case. If she is just dueling with them in a practice bout, for example to show them what dueling a Sith Lord would be like since it has been a long time since Jedi have faced someone who had the title of Dark Lord of the Sith in combat, then she is going to be holding any techniques back that aren't strictly necessary to teach them.
You're right in that Mace would be a little outclassed facing her. As good as he is, Sidious probably allowed him to disarm him in their duel in order to force Anakin's hand, and even if Mace is a better duelist than Sidious, Sidious could have easily beaten him if he started fighting him with the Force like he did against Yoda. Therefore, he's not *quite* in the same class as legendary leaders of the light and dark sides. However, Revan would find it interesting to fight someone who had developed a lightsaber form she had never encountered before, especially since it is based off of Juyo, her own preferred form. He also might be one of the people that she coaches, because even if he isn't really Sidious' equal, he's good enough that he would definitely be on any team sent to face him in a final confrontation.
A Yoda and Revan duel...I don't know. It's something I would like to write, but I don't know if I will, simply because they *are* more equal in combat and strength in the Force, and it would be more difficult to decide who would win the match. On the one hand, Revan has a bunch of freaky Sith powers that Yoda has never seen before, but on the other hand, Yoda is...Yoda. ; )
