    And then the scars on his back... I had never considered the concept before but.. The more you explained.. The more I fell in love with the idea. Although so so sad, it fits the characters so well. Especially the "king" line oh no. That was so powerful. Zuko qq.. I was hella yelling at this point.

    My favorite portrayals of Katara are where Katara acknowledges that bit of darkness within her. Zuko acknowledging her "human-ness" is so powerful because it's true, humans are complex personalities. And as someone with a complicated past, I'm sure Zuko needed her to acknowledge him as well.

    The darkness is part of everyone's yin/yang inner-balance :P but it's up to the person to choose which actions to take. I really just need these kids to be open and honest and unconditionally loving so much ahhhh ty so much jo <3
