    Stark Evolution in action

    Tony isn't dead, he's just gone to that great Server Farm in the Sky, Jarvis. :^)

    (I have a feeling I'll have to keep telling myself that as you continue to fill the prompts.)

    SO MANY ways Avengers/SHIELD/supposed allies could have killed Tony.

    My mind goes to the cracky, though, so you may not find these 2 suitable.

    Rogers rips apart a log with his bare hands- the wood slips from his grip and hits Tony in the head, killing him instantly.

    Instead of just *threatening* Tony with a taser, Coulson actually uses it- and GEE WHIZ, electricity applied to someone with a huge honking metal cylinder encasing a magnet keeping metal from his heart--- who could have GUESSED that would be fatal?

      These are going to be depressing all right... But just remember that he's fine. And when I depress myself too much I'll go write something fluffy for Second Chances. ;)

      Your second suggestion has been mentioned. For now I have instances where something actually happened that could have killed Tony, but I'll keep the taser idea in mind for something a bit more alternative. (ETA: that is actually on the list already).
