        Unfortunately that can be explained away as 'Tony shouldn't have let her play with it, he guarded the Iron Man's specs on seven locks, how could Romanoff know that 'flexing it a little' could have such dire consequences?' In that sense I can see more consequences for the Avengers/world than for Romanoff specifically...

          I don't think either Pepper or Jarvis would care much about the technicalities of it when assigning blame... If Tony died while Natasha was messing around with the gauntlet, there would be hell to pay. ;)
