Wow! This is really good and I like where this is going, but I’m unclear on a few things. For one, has Lydia, Allison and Scott been emerged in the world of the supernatural yet, or are there no plans for that at all? Does Stiles know about the supernatural (whether it be from Scott and Co. or from other sources) yet, or is he about to be in for a rude awakening? Also, who exactly was Kate here? Superstar who killed The Hales for revenge after being dumped? Hunter who was out to kill the Hales from the beggining? Some strange mix?
I do think that this has a lot of potential and that I’d really love to read the next chapter.
Whoa, thank you for such a thoughtful comment! Some of your questions will be answered in the next couple chapters, mostly regarding Kate. Allison, like in the show, doesn’t know about her family’s lineage. I can tell you that Scott and Lydia don’t know about the Supernatural. I’m still debating when or if they should find out, but if they do it will probably be towards the end of the story. In this world Peter never awakens as an Alpha (I don’t plan on killing Laura) so Scott and Lydia don’t get bitten. Again, thank you so much for the comment! Ugh, part of me if dying to know what’s up with Kate, the other wants to wrap Derek up in a soundproof bubble and make sure he never even has to think of her again. I think that even if Scott isn’t told of the supernatural (or isn’t bitten at the least) not much will change, but Lydia should be told of her banshee heritage. Even if she’s not, she’d make an excellent (what do you call someone who teases/threatens the romantic interest with bodily harm if he ever hurts her friend?). I’m so glad you’re keeping Laura alive, because I’ve always been super interested in Laura’s character, and I want Derek to keep his sister(s?), even though I do love Alpha!Derek. That’s great news, I’ll read it as soon as it’s out.
I agree! I don't think I've ever really hated a character more than Kate tbh. A part of me didn't even want to put her in there, buuuut since they're still werewolves it seemed appropriate to the story. And yes, I agree about Lydia. I think she would've found out about being a banshee regardless of the bite, it just sped up the timeline? So who knows, maybe she already knows?? I'll have to see what fits right. I also struggle with loving Alpha!Derek vs Derek who gets to be happier and keep Laura. Thanks again for a great comment! :)
