Yeah, I'm planning for Nolan and Brett, and to a lesser extent Theo, to go through quite a lot emotionally in the zombie fic.
I couldn't find any of his complete songs online or on iTunes, but I got to listen to a fifteen second sample of one called "Midnight Minute." It was very synth and electronic! That was a bit unexpected, but I quite liked what I heard.
That's a good point. I think the 'bare handed' kill Gabe did was all the more shocking, both to Nolan and the audience! It was very up close and personal, and of course took a bit longer than a gunshot or something would have.
Ah, I can definitely relate to that. Sometimes you do just need a break from a story, even ones you really care about and have well mapped out. I can definitely see how particularly with TMW it would be exhausting to get so deep into Theo's deranged state. Plus of course, I know he'll be having a relapse in the next chapter thanks to the Tara hallucination Liam and Mason triggered.
Ooh, that does sound intriguing that Theo is talking to someone but we won't get to find out who until the very end!
the character Theo is talking to is handwritting on a notepad, so, trigger warning! Other than that
Yiles! LOL, I'm totally hearing the Psycho music in my head :P
It sounds like a very original story and even though I still don't quite know what to expect, I'm definitely quite eager and find out what's going on and what this version of 'Reformed Theo' looks like!
Ah yeah, Thorey's Great Chimera Roadtrip sounds like it's going to be awesome and definitely a lot of fun!
I've never read any smut featuring Garrett Douglas, but he was definitely quite the looker! So that'll be quite fun and hot too!
Thanks! I'm really thrilled you liked the final installment of the Chimera and Cultivar story! Like I said, it was fun to do, but it's quite a relief to be done! In the near-term I want to update Iron Claws of coursen, but it's the boyfriend's birthday on Thursday and we're going to be doing a couple different things to celebrate over the next several days and weekend and I won't have as much time for writing, so realistically I probably won't be able to update until next week. Then I'm hoping to keep up with updates, while also updating this story and finishing Bedmates and A Street Over. Then I'm going to update/finish Cuffed and Roughed, update Werewolves Can't Get Off, and possibly do the second part of Reconnecting. Then after I finally do all that I'm going to let myself get back to Cuddle Wolf, Not Invisible, and Second Chance -- I've been super eager to get back into those for months know, but I've been making myself wait to try to focus on other projects.
I'd expect that there would be quite an emotional rollercoaster for the characters in that story, what with Brett's revival and all the fallout from the post series to get through, never mind what happens to them in the actual plot and dynamic relationships!
There were a few posted on Twitter when Froy (I love his name!) did a show at Howl At The Moon convention in Paris last week, it was probably just the audio, but it sounded very "rap-y" in places. Still, very impressed that he has so many talents! Well, they all do; actors, artists, models, Michael Johnson (Corey) is in a new animated project too!
I think the problem I'm having with Eternity right now is that part of me wants it to conclude in the next 5 chapters, while another part is saying "What if we went all the way to the end of season 6..." So, I need to decide if I can sustain the momentum for a story that could potentially span the next year and a half of regular, weekly (at least) updates. TMW is still one of my personal favorite stories, almost a year old, and I'm happy with the way that I'm releasing content for it, I just want to make sure it remains true to the core idea that triggered it in order to get to the ending/endings I've planned.
So, I've actually finished that Theo-centric story. I'll be uploading it in the next hour or so, once I do the final edit on it. I'm not sure what the reaction will be (if there is any), I like it as a story even if it is mostly dialogue.
I'd say he's only a partly reformed Theo, lol, much more in that sort of grey area of not quite good, not quite bad, that would change quite a bit depending on your perspective.
I guess he was a pretty terrible villain and the whole Nazi connection isn't exactly something that can just be brushed away if you follow the canon version of his character-I'll be tweaking that a bit in line with how his backstory went in BBC. But the actor who plays him (Pete Ploszek) is smokin hot anyway, so add in the ultra hotness/cuteness overload of Corey and you're gonna get something super sexy :P
Ah, I get that, well, rl has to come first! I hope he/you enjoy yourselves! That's quite the ambitious update schedule, but very exciting! Gonna be honest and say of all of them, I'll be looking forward to Werewolves Can't Get Off the most!
