Very nice. It's somewhat amusing and cool to see Kakashi accidentally getting himself shanghaied into Hokage through his own down-to-earth practical competence about getting crap done. And the poor man is dealing very, very well for someone who's had three of his most prominent ghosts suddenly walk into his life. His ability to compartmentalize must be fantastic if he's not assuming he's insane. But then again, he's been in Team 7/Kakashi for how long now? And their luck practically defines the meaning of 'improbable' at this point.
And protective Sakumo is, indeed, awesome.
I'm also guessing that they must not remember any conversations while they were dead with Kakashi if Sakumo didn't realize he was dead. Which means that none of them would be able to explain Obito missing as having never died if they don't remember.
Also, the speech Kakashi gave in ANBU to Tenzo is magnificent and I bet that Tenzo isn't the only one Kakashi served with who remembers it well.
