Comment on Paved with Good Intentions

  1. *haz plans* Sooooo many people want a sequel for that, and I FINALLY have an idea, just as I have a bunch of people waiting for these fics.

I have Lost Count of how many of my AO3 Avenger fics have requests for sequels. Honestly, this is the best feedback forum I've EVER had and it's addictive.

Once I get done with these long WiPs I want to see if I can add to at least a few of the most requested ones, like the one with the DarkPepper, or HummingbirdTony.

      1. I have a word document of copy pasted kink meme prompts that I want to find time to turn into one shots, and a couple of long involved, mostly-plotted fics in this fandom, TOS and Supernatural. Maybe I could create an AI to do all my boring day to day stuff i.e. my job and my course and then could just stay at home and write fic and eat smarties.

I *do* just stay home and write fic and eat smarties (only mine are pastel colored sugar and citric acid, not chocolate) and I can tell you that Ideas and Prompts WILL ALWAYS be more than you can catch up with. Esp. if you're also READING fic.

          1. Reading fic is my biggest timewaster ever. Right now, I should be wrapping my final presents, having a shower and packing my suitcase so I can rush in from work tomorrow, grab my case and head for my train. Instead, I have a Clint/Coulson PWP open, an angsty de-aged Tony open and am obsessively watching my AO3 stats to try and figure out if everyone liked the latest chapter of Paved and if my current plotline will not make people want to kill me with cutlery.

I'm not sure whether reading fic or googling 'research' is the biggest timewaster-- I say, is it too much to ask for both?

And have you a link for the angsty de-aged Tony? That's RTMI. :^)

You've probably read it though, it was super popular on the kinkmeme a few months back and it's absolutely one of my favourites ever. I always cry reading it.

Oh, yes! That's one of my favorites, too. And a good example of reader/author interaction, as the epilogue wouldn't have existed without back & forth comments to the author.
