WHATUP I'm back because I had two more thoughts. If Harv WAS thinking about him and Bruce, I'll bet its in the context of Harv as Jason—out of control, angry, hurting the people who care most—and Tim as Bruce—the guy who will literally DIE TO SAVE THE BROTHER HE LOVES EVEN THOUGH THAT BROTHER HURTS HIM.
Also I just pieced together that Tim was so ready to blow them up because at least a small part of him was probably thinking that he couldn't hurt Bruce by letting Jason die again NOT THINKING ABOUT HOW MUCH HIW OWN FREAKING DEATH WOULD ANNIHILATE BRUCE BECAUSE TIM CHRONICALLY UNDERESTIMATES HIS OWN PLACE IN HIS FAMILY'S HEARTS
