    So it should be tagged as "Harry Potter, freeform".

    This puts it under the Harry Potter Fandom as its main Fandom while the freeform tag indicates that it can be associated with any/all other fandoms/AUs/crossovers/etc.

    This also does a service by removing unrelated fandom listings from specific catagories; keeping the site clean and removing confusion.
