    This fanfic is beautiful. Simply gorgeous. You've captured emotions greatly. You didn't alter the characters' personalities. You respected both Katara and Mai, whereas most fans side with Katara and trash-talk Mai just because they are stupidly ignorant and immature (I'm sorry, but it's true) about the wonderful chemistry between BOTH her and Zuko and Zuko + Katara. This fanfic also captured naturalness, in my opinion. You wrote with what I believe are the realistic things and still got everyone to love the story. Thank you. I really appreciate your writing. And oh my god, that scene between Mai and Hanabi with weapons, and those parts where Mai had come out her most human??? So touching!!!! I applaud for you! Well done! Are you writing your own stories?

      Thank you so much, that is so amazing to hear! I really put a lot of effort into understanding Mai as a character and making her human, because she is indeed demonized a lot. It's been a good exercise. I'm so happy you like the result! I'm mostly writing fanfiction, that's simply what I enjoy the most, but I do work on some original stuff sometimes... who knows, someday!
