    I think Kai and his sister were just a couple of random OC characters that ChaosDancer12 created for this letter that didn't belong in any particular series, other than the fact that Kai's sister happened to be one of the 'lucky' girls who SOMEHOW randomly got 'found' and selected to get a letter from the Ministry of Magic involving the Marriage Law. *lol*
