This was a fantastic chapter; not just for this story, but in general. You've created an exceptional piece of writing that legitimately took my breath away. When Moody apologized, when Ron was talking to Snape, when Harry was whispering to the Horntail, and when young, lovely, fair Cedric was killed again for the crime of being there. I have a lump in my throat from this. Amos Diggory lost his son again. Harry will have to make his claims about Voldemort's return with the entire Wizarding World calling him a Dark Wizard. All of that was wonderful, but what truly left me breathless was your note at the end, because you dissected one of the worst human tendencies into its ugly parts with spectacular eloquence. And then, your explanation of what it means to 'hang' a piece gave me chills. I am genuinely humbled to have read a chapter of fanfic that so clearly deserves to be published and analysed and cherished. Absolutely bravo.
