      sort of! he's mostly just really lonely, so he's just desperate to have a boyfriend as a result. most of his feelings are just sort of superficial loneliness. he Does have a type though, but i didn't like...entirely intentionally plan that, i just realized afterwards that the common thread between dulse, piers, toren, grimsley, and guzma is that they all have eyebags/look tired and like they haven't slept in 5 years JFKVJGKVBNVGH he doesn't really feel anything beyond friendship for guzma in the next upcoming chapters though, and i'm noooot sure how much grimsley or dulse will appear again. he and piers actually dated in the past but split up which will also get brought up
