I was trying to figure out why she had such hatred attached directly to Supergirl, and lashes out at her so directly even though they haven't met, and it made sense to me... She feels like she knows Supergirl, and feels a sense of betrayal that Supergirl never came to save her, though Supergirl didn't know her and didn't know where she was. Didn't know she was in trouble. Supergirl lives a whole life outside of Lena Luthor, but Lena's life has zeroed in to revolve around Supergirl (or the lack of her).
