    I love seeing them with the whole family, and you've mastered the logistics of the sick stuff so well! Somehow it's kind of comforting (in these uncertain times.....) to be reading a scenario where Donna can just drive Josh to get checked out by a doctor and everyone can be close and visit and play basketball.
