    I love JC too, and was so angry in how he was treated. He is such a great character, but gets treated like crap by so many. I HATE how LWJ and WWX treat him at times.
    Now I get WWX sometimes, with his martyr/hero complex, and not thinking things through, also being family. Family can mess you up without even trying. But LWJ was supposed to be smart and observant (canon) how does he get away with treating a sect leader like crap?

    A lot of misunderstanding goes on with LWJ. It reminds me a little (without the painful bullshit and gaslighting that JC experiences) of how families are different. My family, we can fight/argue with each other- we get our issues out, we try not to let things fester. When we were younger, things festered and were really bad, but we each got help separately and now we talk (yell - we're Italian, volume control is a only a suggestion) to each other. We love each other, we joke around, we talk smack and are smart asses, but we don't ever truly mean it. My sisters and I know this, our family knows this, we are all now in a good, but loud place. But I had a co-worker who also had siblings and she was horrified to hear that my sisters and I fight/yell at each other. She has NEVER had a fight or argument with her siblings and has never yelled at them for bullshit. I was stunned, so was she.

    I think that LWJ grew up with a certain image of how a family should be, and since WWX and JC didn't fit that image, something must be wrong. I have a feeling, this was in his head from the beginning, and everything later on just proved his point, never thinking that maybe his pov was off. So if JC and WWX yell and say hurtful things, they must mean them, and so JC is hurting the one he loves, so he is the bad guy; never mind that WWX was just as much at fault.

    I'm just glad that someone is finally holding them responsible for the pain they caused.

    Hope JC finally gets the love he deserves.
