      Yes, but I was thinking of the episode with the sun warriors. If a firebender kilos a dragon they get the title "Dragon" right?

         I don't think so? If you're referring to Iroh being called the "Dragon of the West", if I remember correctly that was because he figured out how to breathe fire? I may be remembering wrong though.

            I think it’s both! Zuko says the part about the dragon title in the firebending masters, but Iroh does use that as a reason in late s2
