    i was thinking the same thing. Alzheimer's you have all the systems correct. With dementia are the first thing that really goes though is emotional control. Although people might not notice the first because they sleep on to be grumpy old person. I know this is very well because a Alzheimer's runs in my family and be I'm watching both of my grandparents one for Alzheimer's and the other one for dementia.
