      Oh! I'm sorry! Tony being adopted is actually cannon to the Marvel comics which is why I went in that direction. As for both of them becoming not human, I actually WANTED Clint to stay human but couldn't find an excuse. lol

          Secret Origins of Tony Stark! Yeah, he was basically a replacement for Maria and Howard's real child since that child had to be hidden away. Gillen was the writer and it was an AMAZING run. Remains my favorite comic arc period, of any comic. Mind=blown.
