    You know I think in modern minds we always look for the evil back up plans, but midevil hero's always seem to just assume the plan in front is the only one, so kinda going with that. Also personally I feel like when Ned saw Jamie on the throne, he assumed he was holding it for Tywin and he was pissed and in his rage he did everything he could to smear Jamie so that Robert could take the throne.

    Jon will still be at Winterfell. I'm going with this chapter taking place a bit before the first Jon chapter, with them leaving King's Landing the same day, as that first chapter. Also taking "We've been riding for a month, my love" as pretty true to the travel time. The next chapter will have the Raven and Winterfell preparing for the visit.
