    Yeah I totally agree. Like that's the whole point of a fanfic! What's the point of rehashing canon exactly lol. I've read some that literally do all of the same with minor changes, same battle trials etc. and it's just all rather boring, versus the memorable ones that switch things up ingeniously or like have Uraraka float the bomb so high up from the roof that no one can get it without knocking her down.

    I'm rapidly catching up to you, but forcing myself to stop because I realized there are literally hundreds of BHA fanfics being updated each day and it takes ages just to read the summary to decide if a fic might be of interest. I've started to camp out at a few favorite tags though which has helped (like analyst, bamf, genius, nezu) but also lead me to miss good gems. Kinda curse the day I accidentally discovered BHA fandom from a random tag lol

    . I love the manga but good lord did not think it would get such popular fanfic reception.

      I've been aware of BHNA for a while but only watched it recently, and now I'm addicted. It's a problem.

      Thankfully the direction I'm taking this AU will make canon very.... interesting.... (because I didn't think that far ahead, oh dear)
