For example the part with Jin-Woo creating clothes out of darkness happened in the epilogue and before that he created an armor before a press conference where he told the world about the giant gates appearing all of this is after frostys death.
And well, it was kind of the point of dying, that the full power gets released, the system was basically just training wheels and a limiter. After the system got destroyed in chapter 220/221 the limiter doesn't exist any more, so JIn-Woo should have the full power here.
