Came for the summary, stayed for the notes and that fantastic first chapter. I’m not even trying to be extra or anything but I’ve loved every single line of it. And Pomona???? It’s the first time, I think, that I’m reading a fic where she’s not just in the background but is actively involved and characterised and good God, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. This comment is a bit a mess but back on your notes regarding JKR and Pansy, it both made me so angry (I actually kinda erased her version of Pansy from my head, if that makes sense, to replace it with much more talented people’s, funny how the brain automatically recycles trash, anyway) and so, so, so happy because, really, Pansy’s potential was right there and you just swooped in and made it just so fkfbfjdnfjfbf I got no words, I’m just so very glad I read this today, so thank you for your work, can’t wait for Tuesday!
I had reinvented Pansy in my mind too. This story was actually supposed to be a warm-up for a different panville I'm going to write--just so I could get used to living in Pansy's head--but once I realized how abysmal the canon material was, it took on a life of its own and became a crusade of sorts 😂 I'm glad you're loving Pomona as much as I do, as well.
