    She did indeed, though Laurel will not be totally happy when she finds out Sara knew he was out and never even thought to mention it in passing - Sara not wanting to bother Laurel with it, but really, probably should have known he'd try something like this (seriously, the SCPD didn't think warning Lance was a good idea that someone he locked up was out? smh).

    And indeed he did get what he deserved and then some ^^

      Yeahhh especially when Mathis promised he was going to “try harder” to get at Sara and/or Quentin she might’ve done better to warn Laurel. Mathis isn’t the type to make empty threats from what I can tell from the episode.
