Based on personality types and what I've read here so far, this is my best guess. (This also ignores canon relationships like Larsa and Vayne being brothers bc otherwise no thank you.)
Larsa = Yuna
Penelo = Tidus (but could also be Wakka)
Reddas = Auron
Ashe = Wakka
Vaan = Rikku
Basch = Kimahri
Fran = Lulu
Vayne = Seymour
and then idk, Balthier = Jecht?
A lot of your guesses are pretty close! Penelo and Larsa definitely fill the roles of Tidus and Yuna, just without the romance, and although they're involved in the story in very different ways, Vaan is pretty similar to Rikku in terms of personality. As for the rest, I guess you'll just have to wait and see :D
