    Goddddd I love this fic so much! It's so creative! I love this take on the 'Dragon Bride' trope. Instead of the dragon being an asshole and a r*pist (depending on the fic), Dragon!Zhongli is a whipped, respectful simp who gives Aether his space when he wants it and tries to provide him with everything he needs (with the only reasons why he isn't letting him go back to his village is because a/ he'll die because the bond hasn't fully formed yet and b/ his village is full of assholes, save for Lumine).

    I adore subversive takes because there is just so much you can do with it!

    Also, transformation? O.O

    Are we just getting dragon aether or is the scale just copying aether's human dna so we get human zhongli??? Or is zhongli already capable of becoming a human?? Can zhongli still swap genders in this form, so having babies with aether wouldn't be an issue?? So many questions.. (I'm just hoping no matter which, we get dom!aether at least once, we hardly ever see zhongli being submissive in the Zhongther dynamic and this would be the perfect place to do it give how whipped he is. Plus the dragon whimpering and begging for his bride to fuck him would be a nice subversion. ;)) )

     

    I just... I love this fic, the writing and the worldbuilding is *chefs kiss*. Can't wait to see more in the future!!

      i LOVE creature arranged marriages, but i was also sick and tired of looking through the zhongther tag and finding nothing but, as you said, r*pist, asshole zhongli.
      I am soft so my Zhongli will be too lmao.

      still have to fit in the appropriate amount of hurt for that hurt/comfort tag tho

      Oh you are me. And i'll let you know once Zhongli and Aether tell me what they want to do lol.
