    Hot damn and god have mercy. Have to say that I really enjoyed this fantastically awesome, gorgeously glorious and scintillating majestic humdinger of a new chapter.

    Particularly for two main reasons; seeing Laurel coming more into her own at queen consolidated as she twists, argues and logically, yet Machiavellian manipulated at times Rochev and Blood into seeing her point of view to back the buy back and give Ollie and the company much needed pr boost. As well as in the field, where Oliver despite his feelings to protect the innocence realising that thanks to Laurels arguments that some times you have to risk big to gain a successful outcome.

    As well as the brilliantly awesome, majestically kickass and amazingly badass fight scenes as despite our heroes having brought a bow and sticks to a gun fight come out victorious and end the mayors reign forever with extreme prejudice and tiny bit of warranted violence.

      I'm glad you liked the scene with Laurel, Blood and Rochev. Overall, I'd place it as one of the more important scenes in the fic because of the role it plays in showing Laurel's development in her new career. I didn't feel as bad as I might when I didn't give her much screentime on charity work in Vigilantes' Dawn because I knew what I was going to do with this fic on that front.

      As always, it's good to hear someone liked the fight scenes, because I remain forever sure my fight scenes suck :sweat_drop: :rofl:
