    Blue Bullet Bill in a duck-tape fedora travelling forever leftward into the unknown

    I suppose that would feel a lot more ominous without the context from later chapters (AFO genuinely likes Izuku and is content to limit himself to a more laid-back style of villainy for a bit). This was a solid setup for the premise, too--it gets through the framing and establishing quickly and concisely.
