However, in that flashback: Kaigaku, Rei and Douma are 16/17, Muzan is 13 and Tsutako is like somewhere in the middle of that. It’s 13 years before our current point in the story, a lot has changed since then which is why Douma and Kaigaku are friendly now, but were not back then. I promise it’ll all make sense once we see Douma’s full backstory
And Tanjiro’s gonna make more sense too! Everything about him, all of his memories and actions, have been leading up to his fight against Yuichiro! Let’s see how he handles it!
