<3 I'm really glad you enjoyed!

It's like that saying "Someday I'd like to be as good a person as my dog thinks I am"
I like that way of putting it! Although to be honest, even Sitron doesn't think of Hans as a saint... 8)

Hans wouldn't be Hans without that edge of cruelty and selfishness 9.9 It's what makes him complicated... I'll confess though, I often have the thought that probably the reason I "get him" is because if I were any Disney villain... I'd probably be Hans Orz There's certain things he does that I feel like... yeah, I'd definitely do that too, if I were in his position and with his personality traits. So there we go.

I'm really glad the story comes across as heartfelt! It's terrible how emotionally invested I've become with these guys, and yet I keep thinking... but gosh I really am the only person writing this kind of stuff in this fandom... 6.6

    1. Yeah, Hans really is a new type of Disney villain, mainly because a lot of the stuff he does while really cruel and mean is understandable. Unlike a lot of Disney villains who have an evil plan which they know is evil, Hans doesn't think he's evil and didn't have a plan outside of marrying a princess, he's just reacting to the stuff that happens around him and using it to his advantage. I'm with you on making the same choices as the villain, if I was in that castle when It froze I'd definitely have jumped on the "kill Elsa" bandwagon, especially once she admitted she doesn't know how to stop the winter.
I wish more people were writing this kind of stuff in this fandom! The world of Frozen is really intriguing to me because in a lot of ways it's much less a fairy tale than Disney's other works, there's some kind of dark questions that are left hanging.
