Sure! I will add that in with all the pronouse in chapter 4 when I can. As for changing your name, I never had first-hand experience, but from what everyone says, it's not that hard.
The applicant just has to submit an application form to the local registrar in which they have a name in the house registration. Then they will change your name and give you proof of the change, which is what you will use to change your name on other records. It might be tiresome if you have a lot of personal assets, though.
My friend's mother got her legal name changed like 3 times in a row back in our elementary days for superstitious reasons. I still remember how our teacher would get confused about it. A lot of people do it, to the point that they gave out promotions for name-changing, such as a fee discount from 100 baths to 1 bath at the year's end last year or a reservation service for auspicious lastnames that was guaranteed to have a beautiful meaning and correct Pali-Sanskrit grammar.
