    Lol, Jim and Angel IMMEDIATELY going at eachother full tilt. Bet if the others had let that continue Jim would have won.

      yep, he would. Though it has to be said Jim would only win because it's ANGEL. Angelus would be an entirely different kettle of fish. Because Jim has no anti-vamp training at this point and instinct'd only get him so far. Angelus vs a fully trained Jim would be ... interesting as all HELL. Also bloody as all hell. I think Jim would eventually win in that scenario, because he has a discipline and focus that Angelus either doesn't have or wouldn't be able to maintain long enough. But boy howdy would it be a hell of a fight until Jim got the upper hand.

        I think even without vampire specific training Jim would beat Angelus. Angelus likes his mind games and despite super strength isn't much of a fighter. So Jim could be Angelus for the same reason he could beat Buffy. Angelus's only chance would be go for a fast and dirty kill which he only does when back in a corner and arrogant as he is I don't think he would register Jim as a threat soon enough.
