    Now that Nova knows her (bio)Mother, how will she and her parents react?

    I do hope River shot him in the chest. Considering her precise aim, I assume she did.

    Oh, and I like how you're writing it like it's an ACTUAL book, and the detail is just.

      Nova doesn't quite know her bio-mother, but she does have a theory as to who she is, based on the number of times she has seen her throughout her life.

      As for River shooting the intruder, under normal circumstances, she would shoot to kill, but in this case it was more of a warning shot. In other words, that was River's way of saying "You come anywhere near my daughter again, you're screwed!" ('screwed' as in 'dead'). Slight spoilers: he will be back.

      I appreciate the fact that you like the amount of detail in my story. I always worry I put too much detail to the point where my readers lose interest and move on to read another story, but I'm glad there is enough detail in this to keep you, as well as others, invested. I personally hate reading stories with way too much detail than necessary, as I get bored with those very easily. Thank you so much!
