      Thank you! This is my first time writing any kind of soulmate AU, and it’s been really interesting to think about. There’s been some standard “one true love” type soulmate AUs that I’ve enjoyed (sharing pain is always fun when Zuko’s involved), but I’m definitely more drawn to the idea of people having multiple soulmates with no distinction between who’ll be a romantic partner and who’ll be a particularly close friend.
