Oh, I would say that people tend to forget that Jason admires Diana. And that when he was Robin, it's canon that he was the top of his classes and he's a nerd. It got me thinking, maybe Jason has always been over that dominion. Even as Robin he has always been one for an eye for an eye. So this is more a long time coming. I'll flesh out more in the sequel so no worries.
