  1. I love this. For one thing, it really drives home just how far Oersted fell when he turned his fangs on the world and everyone in it. Also, I love how in-character it is for Streibough that while he'll mercilessly skewer Oersted (and rightly so) for all the atrocities he pulls as Odio, he'll also see fit to borderline dismiss his own actively malicious role in the proceedings with a line or two before going right back to waxing poetic over the monster his former friend's become. Even when he's trying his best to atone, there's an undeniable streak of (very lore-accurate) self-centred myopia in Streibough that's hard to ignore or set aside - unless, of course, there's a Lord of Dark going on a rampage that needs to be stopped *yesterday*.
